Jeffrey M. Senger, an arbitrator and mediator at JAMS. He graduated from Harvard Law School. He formerly served as the acting General Counsel of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and as a partner at Sidley Austin with special expertise in life sciences and health care. He spent 17 years at the U.S. Department of Justice, including as Senior Counsel in the Office of Dispute Resolution, coordinating arbitration and mediation for the federal government. He wrote the award-winning book Federal Dispute Resolution along with many journal articles and book chapters on ADR topics.

Chris M. Kwok, an arbitrator and mediator at JAMS. He has deep expertise in labor and employment law, proficiency in complex commercial disputes, international conflicts and trust matters. He previously served 15 years at the U.S. EEOC’s New York District Office, and is the founding Co-Chair of both the ADR and Labor & Employment Committees of the AABANY and the Dispute Resolution Committee of the NAPABA. He has handled employment discrimination claims (age, gender, race, etc.) and disputes over executive compensation, non-compete agreements and wrongful termination.

Host:  Wendy YANG(杨雯婷) , who holds a Master of Laws and serves as Assistant Secretary-General of the CCPIT Mediation Center (Greater Bay Area), she significantly contributed to revising the CCPIT Mediation Center Rules, developing mediator training frameworks, and advancing academic research initiatives. As a case manager, she managed over 50 domestic and international commercial disputes across intellectual property, cross-border trade, and finance.

Moderator: Mylene Chan(陈帼钊), An international arbitrator and mediator, currently serving as a mediator at CCPIT and a Research Fellow at the Arbitration Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law. Previously, she was Visiting Faculty at Peking University School of Transnational Law, a Research Fellow at International Institute of Conflict Prevention and Resolution (New York), and a Founder's Fellow of Mediators Beyond Borders (Washington, DC). With over 20 years of cross-border transaction experience, she has represented Chinese and American interests at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
