The Legal Advisory Committee on Economic and Trade Friction is the legal advisory body and important external think tank of CCPIT. The purpose of the committee is to provide professional, timely and efficient legal advisory and consulting service for the Department of Legal Affairs of CPPIT, overseas representative offices and sub-councils, as well as companies and enterprises. It can help China’s industries and businesses improve their capability of legal risk prevention and management, offer advisory support for CCPIT to handle with economic and trade frictions.
