Overseas Standing Legal Counsels is the legal advisory body composed of and selected from professional institutions and law firms by CCPIT, the purpose of which is to provide legal service for CCPIT and companies in the fields of economic and trade friction, anti-monopoly, free trade zones, security reviews, intellectual property rights (IPR), commercial rules, customs affairs, investment, arbitration, mediation, etc. Since 2016, CCPIT overseas standing legal counsels have covered countries or regions such as the United States, EU, Latin America, ASEAN, Eurasia etc, who have been playing an active role in improving CCPIT’s level of professionalism, specialization, refinement and internationalization in handling with economic and trade frictions. Currently, the Counsels are responsible for consultations related to areas of Americas and Oceania, Europe and Asia.
