  •  Jonathan W. Fitch, Jonathan W. Fitch, Esq., FCIArb, FCollArb, joined JAMS after a distinguished career as an advocate and ADR professional. Mr. Fitch has served as an arbitrator for various multimillion-dollar cases, some involving complex agreements and intellectual property issues. He holds leadership positions with the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) and is listed on the organization’s Tech List of the world’s top technology arbitrators and mediators. In 2023, he was recognized by Best Lawyers in America as the Lawyer of the Year for arbitration in Boston.
  • Joe Tirado,Joe Tirado is recognized as a ranked individual for international arbitration and ADR in leading legal directories. Most recently Joe has been acknowledged in The Legal500 UK Hall of Fame. He is a CEDR accredited commercial and Investor-State mediator, a Civil Mediation Council Fellow, an former ICSID conciliator appointed by the President of the World Bank Group. He has been actively involved in arbitral and mediation institutions and prestigious international arbitration and ADR associations and committees. He is a past Co-Chair of the IBA Mediation Committee.

  • Wendy Yang(杨雯婷),Wendy Yang holds a Master of Laws and serves as Assistant Secretary-General of the CCPIT Mediation Center (Greater Bay Area). She contributed to revising the CCPIT Mediation Center Rules, developing mediator training frameworks, and advancing academic research initiatives. As a case manager, she managed over 50 domestic and international commercial disputes across intellectual property, cross-border trade, and finance.

Moderator:

  • Mylene Chan(陈帼钊),International arbitrator and mediator with more than 20 years of cross-border transaction experience. Senior Consultant of CCPIT Mediation Center (Greater Bay Area), Visiting Lecturer at Peking University School of Transnational Law, Research Fellow at China University of Political Science and Law, and Adjunct Professor at Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School. Former Fellow at the International Institute of Conflict Prevention and Resolution (New York) and Founders Fellow at Mediators Beyond Borders (Washington, DC). She has represented Chinese and American interests at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
