Introduction
The rule of law is a fundamental cornerstone of global business cooperation and a core guarantee for maintaining international economic and trade order and promoting a steady recovery of the world economy. The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT) has consistently leveraged its unique advantages, connecting government and enterprise, integrating domestic and international resources, and facilitating supply and demand. The Global Business and Law Conference has been successfully hosted by CCPIT for three consecutive years, bringing together representatives from the global business community and legal experts, and creating a high-standard, high-level platform for dialogue and cooperation. It continuously contributes business wisdom and the strength of the rule of law to consolidating international consensus, improving global economic governance, and advancing the international order toward greater fairness and reasonableness.
To further deepen global cooperation on business and the rule of law, the Global Business and Law Conference 2026 is tentatively scheduled to be held on September 15, 2026, in Haikou, Hainan Province, China.
